This website was conceived because of the difficulty new agents have in finding the knowledge and help they need to get started. Also to help current agents locate CE courses, stay up-to-date on plans and government regulations, discover ways and tools to streamline their work, and find better ways to produce more sales.
The initial idea of this website was simply to have a place to access online webinars, all in one place. But the concept grew into an overall, central website to help people gain knowledge and grow their insurance business.
Now the goal of this website is to have, in one place, a fine list of events both local and online, courses, books and educational materials, motivational seminars, along with a good list of insurance FMOs and carriers, and organizations to join. Anything and everything to help you!
*FMO – Field Marketing Organization – helps you connect with insurance carriers, and usually, FMOs provide you with many resources such as training and access to E&O insurance.
*E&O Insurance – Errors and Omission Insurance – Helps protect you financially from errors or omissions in your sales.

Most jobs are work, you clock in, you clock out, and go home. Insurance is constant input, learning, experiencing, and above all helping people.
Learn to enjoy experiencing new people. Allow plenty of time for appointments and arrive with an attitude that you are visiting a new friend, because many of your clients will become like social friends, maybe friending you on Facebook or calling you to ask questions. Your clients are not numbers or dollar signs, they are real people with real-life needs and decisions, and you are their friendly insurance agent there to help them. And if you do telesales – remember on the other end of that line is a real-live person.
